Pilates Collective ("we," "us," "our") is a Pilates studio planned for the West Cobb area of Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it clear and short.
The short version
- We collect only what you give us when you join our list.
- We use it to send you studio news and founding member information, and to decide where and when to open.
- We never sell your information.
- You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time.
Information we collect
When you join our list, you may give us:
- Your first name and email address (required)
- Your mobile number (optional). We don't use it for text-message marketing
- The classes you're interested in
- Any notes you choose to write, such as what you'd like to see at the studio
- Whether you're interested in a founding membership
- Your consent choices, including the date and time you agreed
Please don't include health information, payment card numbers, or other sensitive details in the notes field. We don't need them to add you to the list.
We may also receive basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, through our hosting provider's standard server logs.
How we use your information
- To send you the emails you signed up for, including opening news, class schedules, and founding membership details
- To decide which classes and formats to offer, using the interest answers you give us (we look at these in aggregate)
- To contact you directly about the studio opening or your membership, for example by phone, if you gave us a mobile number
- To reply to your messages and questions
- To keep our website secure and working properly
- To meet legal obligations
We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio and website, and only for that purpose:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case we'd tell you.
By joining our list you agree to receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we'll honor your request promptly. You can also email us at the address below. We'll still reply to messages you send us directly.
Founding memberships and payments
Joining our list and checking the founding membership box doesn't charge you or commit you to anything. We don't collect payment information on this website. If we later invite you to reserve a founding membership, payment will be handled by a separate payment processor, and its terms and privacy policy will apply to the payment, along with the membership terms we'll share before you pay.
Cookies and tracking
This page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools in the future (for example, to measure which ads bring people to the studio), we'll update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're on our list and for a reasonable period afterward so we can honor your opt-out and meet legal and accounting requirements. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll do so unless we're required to keep it. We may keep a minimal record of your unsubscribe so we don't email you again.
How we protect it
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this site. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take care with the information you trust us with.
Your choices and rights

To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to confirm it's you before we act. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we'll honor those that apply to us.
Children
This website is for adults. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Links to other sites
Our website and emails may link to other sites, such as our social media pages and booking or payment pages. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the studio grows. We'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date, and if the change is significant, we'll let you know by email.
